Nicole C. Peruyera, Co-Founder & CSO
Nicole Peruyera brings over 25 years of leadership across the U.S. Intelligence Community, including senior roles at the National Counterterrorism Center, the Central Intelligence Agency, and the Office of the Director of National Intelligence.
Her career centers on turning complex geopolitical developments into actionable strategies that guide policymakers and global organizations alike. Fluent in Spanish and skilled in diplomatic interpretation, Nicole has advised senior U.S. and foreign leaders, managed interagency teams, and directed national counterterrorism initiatives.
At PERRUS Consulting, she applies that same analytical discipline to help clients assess risk, strengthen resilience, and operate with clarity in high-stakes environments.
Eric Ruscheinski, Co-Founder & CIO/CISO
Eric Ruscheinski is a veteran technology executive with two decades of experience driving digital transformation across government contracting, private equity, and global media sectors.
As CIO and CISO for organizations including Akima, Peraton, and Salient CRGT, he has led billion-dollar technology integrations, built global cybersecurity frameworks, and managed teams across five continents. His leadership has earned industry recognition for innovation, compliance excellence, and measurable cost efficiencies.
